Your new company

Hays are supporting a growing Family Office in Jeddah who are looking for an Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate would be a proactive individual who would manage the full cycle of accounting operations.

Your new role

• Handle the full cycle of accounting, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and invoices.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare and file Zakat and other statutory financial obligations in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4-5 years' experience, ideally within the Saudi Arabian market
• Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is a bonus.
• Experience working in Family Office or Wealth Management industry is preferred.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
