The Role
We are seeking a full-time Aviation Insurance Commercial Sales Producer to join our team. We are looking for a sales expert, with excellent customer service and communication to help us grow our business and support our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust network within the aviation industry, bringing their own leads and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful productions.
This position is responsible for handling all New Business Leads while providing professional customer service and maintaining monthly sales targets. Leads will also be provided via Phone Calls, Web Inquiries, Customer Referrals (etc.).
If you are an experienced Aviation Commercial Producer, you’re organized, self-motivated, and have awesome sales and communication skills, we would love to have you on our team!

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Present and sell Insurance Policies to new and existing clients by developing Insurance Quotes and closing sales
Maintain Daily Phone Coverage during office hours, answer new business leads and follow up on all leads regularly
Help expand the business
Develop long lasting customer and underwriter relationships
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Aviation Insurance Experience
P&C Active License
Ability to build rapport with clients and underwriters
Ability to Prioritize and Multitask, must be able to manage workflow to ensure timely response to request and tasks.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Ability to work in a Team Environment
High Attention to Detail
