We're looking for an International Expense Processor to join the team. As a BAE Systems resource center employee, you will be part of a team that services BAE Systems employees worldwide. As the international expense department processor, you will review international travel reports using international currencies, validate travel itineraries, lodging, rental cars, and multiple other transactions using BAE Systems Travel Policy following the Federal Aquisition Regulations and Internal Government Compliance guidance.

You will communicate effectively with travelers when additional supporting documentation is required and be able to discern the difference between business travel expenses and personal expenses. You will be challenged daily to ensure a quality review mitigating violation finding by the various audit organizations including but not limited to internal and government auditors. Your previous expense and travel experience will guide you to form a confident and consistent review that will ensure the swift processing of all international travel reports.

This role will be 100% remote however you must be available to come onsite once a month for refresher and other team related activities. Initial training will be in the office for the first week.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School with 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience

• SAP Concur or other expense management application experience for a minimum of one continous year within the last two years
• Two years of expense auditing report experience
• Expertise in domestic and international travel itineraries, domestic and international assignments
• Purchase Card reports and FAR for travel in highly regulated travel expense environment
• Professional communication and analytical skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Previous experience working in the defense and aerospace industry with acknowledge of government per diems and compliance.
• Five years of experience in accurate processing of travel expense and purchasing card expense reports in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and relevant policies.
• SAP Concur Expense Reporting application.
• Five years xperience with domestic travel, international travel, assignment, and purchasing card expense reports. Ability to articulate rejection reasons to employees.
• Previous experience working in Detect by Oversight desired.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance preferred.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $43170 - $69073

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
