Finance Lead - U.S. Region

Salary: $225,000-375,000/year

Client/Job Summary:

A prestigious multi-strat hedge fund manager with over $10B in AUM across a diverse portfolio is seeking a Finance Lead to join its growing U.S. presence. This is a unique opportunity to be the first finance hire in the region, playing a pivotal role in supporting the firm's continued expansion. This person will work with the team's senior finance managers and will be the liaison between their U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the local point of contact for finance-related matters across the U.S. offices.
• Lead internal and external reporting for the U.S. entity
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
• Represent the Finance team in regional projects and initiatives
• Support financial oversight of the global group
• Drive process automation and optimization
• Contribute to ad hoc and cross-functional projects

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ YOE in investment management, preferably at a hedge fund.
• CPA
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
