Description

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities or business units.
• Coordinate and support external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, tax, treasury, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or upgrades.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and documentation as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, public accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
