Funding Distribution Manager

Finacity is seeking a Funding Distribution Manager responsible for the arrangement/facilitation of non-securitization funding - including factoring, invoice discounting, payables finance, inventory finance, ABL and other working capital and structured finance facilities. The Funding Distribution Manager role will focus on the development and management of an extensive network of third-party financial institutions, including bank and non-bank funding sources, as well as the solicitation of transaction referrals of securitization funding opportunities for Finacity.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and manage network of bank and non-bank relationships to facilitate non-securitization funding facilities originated by Finacity’s Origination Team. Funder relationships may include banks, factors, commercial finance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, private credit funds, specialty finance companies, insurance companies, and other providers of working capital finance.
Solicit the interest of appropriate funds providers in specific Finacity-originated financing transactions through the preparation and dissemination of high-level marketing materials as well as oversee the subsequent negotiation and finalization of terms sheets.
Coordinate data gathering for potential transactions.
Interface with both Finacity Originators’ prospective clients and the targeted funding institutions to secure new mandates.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in a broker management, trade finance, and/or distribution role.
Deep network of intermediary and funding contacts.
Comfortable making “cold calls” and developing your own funding network.
Bachelor’s degree.
Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
High degree of computer literacy and strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
