Generate financial statements and facilitate account closing procedures each month.
Develop, produce and analyze financial statements by department.
Draft and reviewed financial statement compilations before being submitted to owners and executives.
Compile financial reports pertaining to receipts, cost of goods sold, expenditures and profit and loss.
Maintain integrity of general ledger, including the chart of accounts.
Balance monthly general ledger accounts to accurately record cost and month end accruals.
Perform general accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
Review all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure.
Streamline bookkeeping procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Reconcile company bank, credit card and line of credit accounts.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Review collection reports to determine accounts receivable status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
Reconcile vendor statements and handled payment complaints or discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute payroll.
Requirements
Experienced Accountant preferably CPA.
