Your new role
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients, delivering a mix of business advisory, tax compliance, and financial reporting services. You'll work closely with Managers and Partners, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements and client strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Providing business advisory services including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and review
• Assisting with internal projects and contributing to the firm's continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
• 3+ years' experience in a public practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge in Australian tax and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or APS
