We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with 3–5 years of tax experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, and trust tax returns
- Conduct tax research and provide planning recommendations to clients
- Manage client relationships with a focus on responsiveness and clear communication
- Mentor junior staff and assist in staff training
- Collaborate with partners on high-net-worth and business tax planning strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA Candidate or CPA license preferred)
- 3–5 years of recent experience in public accounting, specializing in tax
- Strong technical knowledge of individual, business, and pass-through entity taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire for long-term professional growth
